Payment Structure
All projects follow the same structure:
- 50% deposit upfront
- 50% before launch
Work begins once the deposit and the information we asked for are received.
Build prices are once-off. Your domain and hosting are separate running costs. You can arrange your own hosting, or we can host and look after the site through our Website Care plan for R250 per month. Your domain always stays in your name.
What we don't do

I already get work from word of mouth. Do I need a website?
Word of mouth still works and a website does not replace it. What it does is give the person who was referred to you something to check before they phone. Most people look up a name before they call a stranger out to their house.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. What we do is set the site up properly, with correct page titles, the suburbs you cover written into the wording, and guidance on your Google Business Profile, which is usually what matters most for local searches.
What do I need before we can start?
Your business details, the services you offer, the suburbs you cover, and any job photos or logos you already have. We send a short onboarding form that walks you through it. If something is missing we simply pause until it arrives, so nothing gets rushed.
How long does it take?
Most websites are ready in 5 to 10 working days after we receive your content and deposit. Landing pages are usually faster. We confirm a realistic timeline in your quote.
What about my domain and hosting?
We help you register your domain and it always stays in your name, so you own it. For hosting you have two options: arrange your own with any provider, or let us handle it through our Website Care plan for R250 per month, which covers hosting, backups and small updates. Either way, your website files remain yours.
What if I don't have photos of my work yet?
That is common. We guide you with simple prompts for each page and tidy up your wording so it reads clearly. Photos taken on your phone at a finished job are usually fine, and stock photography can fill the gaps until you have your own.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to begin, and the remaining 50% before your website goes live. Pricing is fixed per package, so the amount on your quote is the amount you pay.
Can you update my website after launch?
Yes. Our Website Care plan is R250 per month and covers hosting, backups and small updates. It works for our own builds and for existing websites. Message us on WhatsApp and we will recommend a sensible option.
